On Sunday, September 22, 2024, I am participating in the 2024 Cincinnati Walk ALS benefiting ALS United Ohio. WalkALS will be in Winton Woods Park- Harper Meadows Area, and begins at 11 a.m. Each year, donors to Walk ALS make free services possible for more than 600 people living with ALS and thousands of their spouses, families and caregivers.

ALS slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. Every 90 minutes, another person in this country is diagnosed with the disease; and another one dies from it. There is currently NO cure. There are NO significantly life-prolonging treatments. And that's just unacceptable. So, that's why I'm walking - for those who can't.
